I was raised in Guatemala, Central America. At the age of 18, I decided to move to the great state of Texas for college where I attended the University of Texas at San Antonio - Go Roadrunners! At UTSA I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychology and my Master's degree in counseling.
Since then, I have been able to help people in dealing with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, and several other mental health concerns.
Sometimes in life it can feel as though there is no end to our problems, and we have reached a dead end. As a Christian counselor, I commit myself to working with those who truly desire a change in their life so that together, we can find the answer they seek.
As a hispanic woman raised in Guatemala, I am living embodiment the impact hard work and dedication can have on achieving your goals. This influences another of my passion in counseling, which is to empower and motivate everyone who walks into my office to set and achieve goals.
It would be my honor to walk this journey with you and have the opportunity to show you that you are never in this alone.
A little bit more about me:
-Jesus is my Lord and Savior. Jeremiah 29:11
-I enjoy reading, working out, acting/modeling, and volunteering in my community.
